RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

 
ALL CUSTOM DESIGNED GAMRNETS OR LETTERED ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. The following items are not returnable: uniforms, personalized camp wear, jackets, lettered items, custom stock, made-to-order wear, poms, hair accessories, warm ups, briefs, and body liners.
 
All uniforms that are made based on customer sizing or measurements cannot be guaranteed. Manufacturing will be made based on measurements submitted by the customer and ASCE will not be held accountable for sizing errors, issues, or growth. Alterations will be the responsibility of the customer.
 
Due to health regulations, briefs, bodysuits, and tights are not returnable.
 
Items that have been worn or soiled cannot be returned.
 
You may be ordering uniforms for growing athletes. While ASCE will remake custom designed items in the case of a defect of workmanship, ASCE is not responsible for replacing uniforms that have been outgrown.
 
All stockable items may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt of your merchandise.
 
Any show exchanges must be received in restockable condition and in their original box. There is no restocking fee associated with shoe returns. If shoes are not in restockable condition (clean and unlaced), they will be returned to you.
 
Any items returned that are not eligible for return will be sent back to you.
 
All uniform reorders must include a photocopy showing the style and placement of lettering. Reorders of any items with lettering may not match exactly unless a photocopy is enclosed.
 
All sale items are final sale.
